Qootia at X-Plosion of Fun in Kranjska Gora

It has been a winter full of snow in Europe and what better than a good snowball fight to have fun? Along with our friends from Renderspace, we prepared a snowball fight game for Slovenia’s largest ISP provider. The goal was to prove the effectiveness of Qootia in the user acquisition phase as part of a broader mobile marketing campaign.

We succeeded, filling out all game rounds with over 1 minute engagements (game time was 1 minute). In the following weeks Qootia is going to be part of the Olympic show on two major squares in Slovenia. Stay tuned for more material.

Among the Telco Superstars

We are extremely proud that we had the opportunity to give a lightning talk at the Emerging Communications Conference (@eCommConf) along with superstars like Martin Geddes from BT, Bob Frankston (inventor of VisiCalc) and Mark Rolston (from Frog Design) just to name a few.

We’ve got some great feedback and suggestions and we are happy that people see the potential in our product.

New Content and API in the Works

January was another great month for Qootia. We have been busy developing additional content – mainly games and funky interactive multimedia applications.

On the other hand we have been carefully planning the next generation of our platform – the first one to be open to the public. It will feature a simple but powerful API in combination with a delicious administration tool. It will enable you to combine the power of interactivity with the endless possibilities of web development and ease of distribution (Qootia is distributed using just a browser URL).

Last but not least, we will renew our website soon, so you will be able to:

  • Register
  • Test Qootia online
  • Leverage our API to create new content or adapt your existing one.
