Qootia at NT Conference 08 in Portorož, Slovenia
We had great fun at the NT Conference in Portorož. Qootia made its public debut there, as part of the Lenovo stage. We proposed a sports game in the spirit of Lenovo’s commitment to Olympic values.

Qootia is great for Hot or Not contests, product rating, content selection and more. Voting can be performed via a simple voice call to a short number (i.e.: 100 100) or by sending a SMS with a keyword.
SMS Shoutbox:

SMS Shoutbox is the second example of usage. Users can share what is on their mind with the world. They can express emotions by sending a SMS to a short number. The SMS Shoutbox can be administrated to prevent offensive content.

A picture says more than 1000 words. That is why MMS Shoutbox let’s Qootia users express their creativity and share their pictures with others. By combining MMS Shoutbox and Voting, a really cool Hot or Not contest can be created, which will animate every party.

While developing Qootia (previously called iPoster), we created various use scenarios. One of those positioned Qootia in the center of Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia.
Note: Qootia in Ljubljana is a mockup. After creating this video we decided Qootia was much better suited for indoor displays.
