Qootia lowers the required investment for digital signage setup and maintenance with its unique browser based distribution model – no downloads or installations are required on any side – just point the browser of choice to your Qootia screen URL. Content can be delivered to any hardware with any operating system as long as it has a browser and internet connectivity. Traditional digital signage solutions are limited to videos, slideshows, basic Flash animations or prehistoric (static) web pages. Qootia enables the usage of web technologies for content development – HTML with JavaScript, Flash or Sliverlight (on supported systems) – it’s your call. Our platform can display any type of content as long as it can be displayed within a web browser – video players, animations, slideshows, maps and much more.
Interactivity & Engagement
Qootia is not just a plain old, boring digital signage distribution system. Our components support interactivity - we transform passive spectators in active users with measurable engagements. We enabled interaction via simple voice calls, short messages (SMS), multimedia messages (MMS) or web social media. Since Qootia is not a closed environment you can expect more compelling, interactive components from third party developers that use our API.
